The Biodynamic Farming and Gardening Association (BDA), our parent organization, was formed in 1938 in order to foster, guide, and safeguard the Biodynamic method of agriculture. The activities of the Association include: conferences, workshops, and seminars research publishing and distributing literature advising farmers and gardeners. The Association also publishes BIODYNAMICS, America's oldest ecological farming and gardening magazine. Crop Calendar Recommendations provides recommendations for gardening activities following the moon and planets.

The Demeter Association certifies farms as Biodynamic.

Garuda Consultants Glen Atkinson is a New Zealand practitioner with a focus toward developing Steiner's Biodynamic agriculture and medical indications. This has lead to many practical activities, from an astrological and biodynamic horticultural consulting business, to a homeopathic essences system used to bring out the best in both people and plants.

The Josephine Porter Institute for Applied Biodynamics distributes the preparations and sells a variety of related literature. Publishes quarterly newsletter Applied Biodynamics.

New Zealand BDA provides a newsletter, planting calendar and other information to members.

Portland Anthroposophic Branch has locallectures and events related to Steiner studies.

SpiritWorking is a network of Steiner-related organizations, including Waldorf education and medicine as well as biodynamics.

Weston A. Price Foundation for nutrition sponsors Sally Fallon's work on the importance of vital foods and diet. In her book, Norishing Traditions, Sally recommends natural animal fats and avoiding processed foods. The site also provides information on lacto-fermentation, a traditional method of food preservation.
